Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Jacksonville, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We are Delta Dental Premier provider.
We accept most traditional insurance plans, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Please see our Financial Coordinator with any questions you may have.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Financing Options
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in your medical and psychological well-being. We want to help you obtain the highest quality treatment available. Being sensitive to the fact that everyone has different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we are providing the following payment options.

Payment in Full
A bookkeeping courtesy of 5% is given for direct payment of complete treatment by Cash or Check at the start of treatment, resulting in a one-time payment.
3rd Party Financing
No initial payment plans allow you to have the dentistry you require now and make affordable payments over time. There are various interest-free options as well as extended payment plans with a fixed rate.
This option can be combined with treatment recommendations from other specialty dental offices as well.
Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Sequential Payments
You can pay for each procedure on the day it is performed with cash, credit card or check.
