I’m a native Florida girl, specializing in office management and financial treatment coordination. After facing dental fears of my own, I made it my goal to provide our patients with a comfortable, and pleasant dental experience to the best of my ability, from the first phone call to check out! Outside of work, I’m an amateur adventurer, always down to find a zip line, paddle board, hike to a waterfall or kayak through a canyon when the opportunity arises! So more often than not you can find me and my kids anywhere we can feel the sunshine, or take a dive in the water.
I’ve been in dentistry since 2013. Taking care of patients and getting them to a healthier smile is such a privilege. I love being able to take care of our patients. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually at the beach with my two Pomeranians. We love getting our vitamin “SEA”.
I have been in the dental field since 2011 after receiving my Extended Dental Assisting degree from Everest University. I have been with Dr. Richard Caven since 2012 as your main contact point, scheduling coordinator and “the person that makes it happen!” I love my role in helping our patients achieve their best smiles. Outside of dentistry I love traveling, spending time with family and enjoying Jacksonville’s beautiful outdoors.

Hi. I’m Tracie. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. I have over 16 years in chairside assisting, financial coordinating and office management in the dental field. I am very passionate about getting patients healthy and helping them create a smile that they will love. When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband Jason, my three children, and now 2 new beautiful granddaughters. My husband and I love boating, traveling and entertaining family and friends in our back yard oasis that is ever changing with DIY projects. I also has a passion for cooking, repurposing old things and creating décor for my home.
I take pride in my 12- year career as a Dental Hygienist and my role as the new patient clinical treatment coordinator. I strive to educate and care for each patient according to their specific dental needs and goals. I served in the U.S. Navy for almost 10 years, and soon after received my A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene from Florida State College at Jacksonville. I have always been passionate about learning, completing many hours of continuing education, including certification in administration of local anesthesia. Outside of the office I enjoy family time with my husband of 10 years, and our 3 adult children. We enjoy the RV life, hiking, exploring areas we have never been to, and photographing our encounters with nature along the way.
I was born and raised in Jacksonville Florida, and graduated from dental hygiene school in Tallahassee in 2018. I am passionate about my job, as I know the oral/systemic link is a strong one! I know dentistry can be overwhelming, so building connections with patients and taking time to explain things is important to me. I love helping patients feel comfortable and confident with their smiles. I have completed advanced training on administering local anesthesia, and getting patients comfortably numb is one of my favorite parts of my job. When I am not practicing dentistry I enjoy spending time with my husband Evan, my friends and my family. A perfect day for me is spent at the beach with a good book and a pub sub!
I graduated from FSCJ’s dental hygiene program with a certification in administration of local anesthesia. I am a social butterfly and love meeting new people. Making my patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and educating them about their oral health is my ultimate goal and passion. I strive to make the dental office a positive, welcoming and even fun place to be. When I’m not making smiles bigger and brighter, I enjoy camping, exploring new restaurants with my fiancé and playing with our two kitties, Remy and Otis.
I’m a Jacksonville native and have been serving patients in the community since 2011. I have a background in dental assisting and am a graduate of FSCJ’s dental hygiene program with advanced training in administration of local anesthesia. My favorite thing about being a dental hygienist is educating my patients about prevention and helping them overcome any dental anxiety. In my free time, I enjoy taking my three German Shepherds to the park, cycling, and reading thrillers! I also love spending time with my husband and son.
I’m a north Florida native and graduate of FSCJ. I’ve been a dental hygienist over 25 years. I love getting to know my patients personally as well as their oral health needs. My free time is spent with my family and two jack russels . I’m also super proud of my two kids. My daughter is an elementary teacher and my son is an army specialist.
I am very excited to be apart of this growing family we have at Caven Dental Group. After taking a couple years off to stay home with my son and daughter, I knew it was time in 2020 to get back into dentistry and do what I love. I am so fortunate to be able to work with the best equipment in dentistry and the most knowledgeable team members. When I am not chairside with Dr. Caven, I am busy watching my son play baseball, having ice cream dates with my daughter, and spending time outdoors with my family on the water.
